How does AdGreen calculate average budget per shoot day buckets?

Average budget per shoot day buckets, calculated from the user’s company’s dataset, are used on the overall analytics page which can cover all of your Final Footprints, or a filtered list. 

The average budget per shoot day buckets are as follows:

  • Up to £1,000
  • £1,001-5,000
  • £5,001-10,000
  • £10,001-50,000
  • £50,001-250,000 
  • £250,001-500,000
  • £500,001+

Below the bucket shown on the user's analytics page, the subtitle shows how many of the company's finished Final Footprints are included in the calculation out of the total number of finished Final Footprints being viewed. Any Final Footprints meeting the following conditions are excluded: 

  • The company didn’t create the Final Footprint (and therefore cannot see the budget)
  • The company did create the Final Footprint but the budget has not been entered
  • There was no shoot (and therefore no shoot days)

Calculation

Any budgets not in GBP are first be converted to GBP using the current exchange rate.

For each included Final Footprint, the budget per shoot day is then calculated by dividing the total budget by the number of shoot days. The average budget per shoot day is then calculated by adding all of these figures together and dividing by the number of Final Footprints included. The relevant budget bracket is shown, based on this number.
